Dominic Calvert-Lewin missed first team training on Thursday but Sean Dyche is hopeful he will be available for Everton’s trip to Chelsea.
The striker, who has scored in each of the club’s last two games, sat out work at Goodison Park due to a concern over a hamstring issue. Dyche said the break was because staff were “being ultra careful”. The Blues boss added that James Garner had also picked up a “knock” this week but stressed there was a belief that, at this stage, both players should be available for the trip to Stamford Bridge on Monday. Dyche, speaking at his pre-Chelsea press conference on Thursday afternoon, shared further good news on the fitness front. He said Arnaut Danjuma could be available as early as the match in west London. In an additional boost, Amadou Onana and Idrissa Gueye have returned to work with the squad.

I think they'll beat us at their place as now is the time the refs start ensuring the big teams get in the top placings.
